I was disappointed with the limited entertainment options during the evenings, as it felt repetitive after a few days. the WiFi connection was unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Lastly, I expected better service at the Alazonia restaurant. staff seemed overwhelmed during peak hours, leading to longer wait times.

The highlight was definitely the upgrade to a Grand Suite with stunning sea views and a private rooftop pool. The Alazonia restaurant provided a fantastic dining experience with cooked-to-order breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. The buffet near the lobby served a good variety for lunch each day, and the food quality was quite satisfying overall. I encountered a problem with the air conditioning. it was still set to heat during an unseasonably warm period, leading to restless nights and mosquito bites. WiFi also needed some improvement, as it frequently dropped out. While I enjoyed the drinks at the bar, the all-inclusive alcohol selection was somewhat limited. There were great entertainment options like yoga and aqua aerobics, but I'd love to see more diverse activities in the evenings. The hotel grounds were picturesque, but noise from cleaning staff could be disruptive at times. it was a relaxing stay with some notable highs and a few lows.

My stay was truly unforgettable. The premium restaurant options, especially the Peruvian à la carte dinner, were standout experiences. Enjoyed lounging by the spacious pool with a cocktail in hand. The staff were attentive and ensured a seamless experience. Definitely consider a Grand Suite for extra luxury!
